I created TLW Wellness Academy out of a deep desire to help people reconnect with their inner wisdom—especially during life’s transitions. As a communications coach, educator and yoga instructor, I’ve seen how powerful it is when we align our thoughts, emotions, and actions with intention and mindfulness.
The Five Light Beams of Vital-Life Wisdom came from my own journey of integrating movement, mindfulness, and meaning. They’re not just concepts; they’re tools for living with more light, even when life feels heavy.
